Hello

I’m excited to begin my journey as a counseling psychology intern and to support clients. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) at Avila University and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Ayurveda Health and Wellness. My undergraduate training has provided me with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the role that lifestyle, diet, and nutrition can play in supporting mental health. I have also gained experience working with children and families in NICU and daycare settings, which strengthened my skills in empathy and patience.

My Story

Therapy is a space where people can explore their experiences, connect with their values, and work toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic. I approach therapy with individualized care, recognizing that each person’s story, experiences, and goals are unique. I enjoy helping clients clarify both long-term and short-term goals and supporting them in taking meaningful steps toward achieving those goals.

I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore what matters most to them. My approach is collaborative and grounded, drawing from trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered principles, and mindfulness. I enjoy helping clients clarify their values and work toward meaningful, personalized change.

I work with children, teens, college students, and adults, and I am particularly interested in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), stress, trauma, relational challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling for surfing and scuba diving, and spending time near the ocean when I can. I look forward to walking alongside clients as they grow, explore, and move toward meaningful healing and change.
