Hello

As someone who is grieving or suffering through a life transition, you  often find yourself wondering will I feel better, can I feel better? It  seems like you’ve tried everything but nothing seems to work, at least, not for very long. Imagine what it would feel like to move forward, what  would it be like if your life wasn’t controlled by your pain? A life  transition can be planned or unplanned, positive or negative. They  may be dramatic as in accidents, death, divorce, job loss or serious illness; or can come from positive experiences such as getting married, going away to college, starting a new job, moving away or giving birth.  Facing the unknown that transitions bring, can cause feelings of stress, fear, worry, and hopelessness. The key to navigating change successfully is not to ignore or numb the pain, but to acknowledge, process and adapt. My Style

I specialize in transitions, grief and relationships for individuals,  couples and families.

Not all therapy is alike because not all therapists are alike. Each person responds to learning, understanding, relating and changing differently. In therapy it is important to find a therapist that you can connect with. Connection and vulnerability go hand in hand and both are important in the client/therapist relationship. I use theories that help each of my clients explore self, situations and the impact of their situations. I offer a warm, compassionate, environment and nurturing experience. I look forward to walking your journey with you and helping you to navigate life so you can understand, grow and live the life you want.

I'm currently accepting new patients for both in-person and telehealth sessions.
